How many books do you need?
The quantity has the biggest impact on pricing.
Printing fewer than 10 books can make the cost per book higher, so it’s best to order in bulk if possible.
Do you want a pad or a book?
Pads are bound at the top with all pages removable.
Books are stapled at the side with copies remaining in the book — ideal for recordkeeping.
Size and orientation
Choose from A4 or A5, in either landscape or portrait orientation. This affects how the books are bound and perforated.
How many copies per set?
Duplicate (2-part): Original + 1 copy
Triplicate (3-part): Original + 2 copies
Paper colours include white, yellow, pink, green, and blue.
Single- or double-sided printing?
Need Terms & Conditions printed on the back? Or labels like “ORIGINAL” and “COPY 1”? Each variation requires a separate plate and may impact pricing.
How many ink colours?
1-colour printing is the most economical.
You can also print in 2-colour to match your branding.
Full-colour NCR printing is possible but generally not recommended due to cost.
